ORDERING OPTIONS
1.  Add products to shopping basket and follow onscreen instructions. Your e-mail received after ordering is your receipt.
2.  Tools2you.com currently accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover Cards, and PayPal. 
3. Contact Cathy at 404-867-8702 or Kevin at 404-557-8802 to place a phone order. If you choose to pay with American Express and your shipping address is different than your bill to address, you may be asked to provide further identification or we may choose to only ship your order to the billing address.  
4. If you are experiencing difficulties in placing your order, please Contact Webmaster 
5. Second Day Air shipping may be available on some orders; however, some restrictions may apply, please Contact Webmaster for details and any other shipping questions that you may have. 
6. PayPal orders take 3 to 4 days to process.

SHIPPING INFO
Continental USA shipments - All products must be shipped to a street address via ground transportation - UPS will not deliver to a P.O. Box.  Shipping charges (UPS Ground) are as follows for orders in the continental USA:
All regular orders must be submitted before 3PM EST for processing - and are shipped within 3 business days.

Additional freight charges may apply to US orders over 5LBS.and/or large bulky items because our system currently does not calculcate the shipping charges for continental USA orders over 5LBS. If your order requires additional shipping charges, you will be notified via e-mail of these charges before the order is processed. All shipping charges regular and overnight are non-refundable should the customer choose to return any merchandise for any reason other than damage. If the customer chooses to return any merchandise, it is the responsibility of the customer to return the merchandise at their expense.

Below is our Shipping Range Lookup Table  - this shipping charge is added to all orders both within the Continental USA and International orders as well as the charge within the zone 1, 2, 3, 4 or 6 that applies to your shipping address.(The shipping range amount is determined by the total of your order)

OVERNIGHT ORDERS - must be received by 2pm EST.  for same day shipment and you must provide us with a telephone number where you can be contacted that day. 
Some restrictions may apply on Overnight Orders from our carrier (UPS) due to shipping address locations. You will be notified if such conditions apply. Overnight Orders will not be shipped on weekends or outside the USA. Overnight orders that weigh more than 5 lbs. may incur additional shipping charges. If your order is subject to additional shipping charges, you will be notified via e-mail before the order is shipped.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

International orders can take 7 - 10 business days to process. For shipments going outside the US there may be taxes and duties upon international arrival (which are not included in the product & shipping price) that vary by destination for which the purchaser is responsible. International shipments that are over 4 lbs. may incur additional shipping charges that will be e-mailed to the customer before the order is processed. No overnight shipping is available for international customers. Some international orders can take 4 to 6 weeks for delivery after the final order approval has taken place. Some items due to the weight cannot be shipped internationally; and you will be notified if your order cannot be shipped. Each zone below has a base shipping rate and a range shipping rate (the range shipping rate is based off of the order total). The shipping fees are then added to your order.

Zone 1:Canada and Mexico

Zone 3: United States except Alaska and Hawaii

International orders over $150 may require completion of our credit authorization form. Please  Contact Webmaster for our credit authorization form if you need to fax your order to us. Please fill out the form and return by fax to 770-476-8358. If you cannot provide us with this information we will be unable to process your order, as we cannot ship without these security measures being met.

RETURNS/EXCHANGE
Please Contact Webmaster for return authorization. Shipping charges are non-refundable and the customer is responsible for shipping the return merchandise to Kevin at the address located at the bottom of the page.  A copy of your order must accompany all returns. There is a 20% restocking charge. 
Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase. All merchandise must be returned in original packaging and unused. Notify carrier immediately of any damaged packaging.

Exchanges For returns with exchanges the customer will only be responsible for the shipping charges and any additional difference in the purchase price. Any exchanges must be made within 30 days of the purchase date.

Warranties vary and are issued by the manufacturer of the product. Items to be returned for warranty reasons will be handled by us or the appropriate manufacturer. If you need information for a manufacturer, please Contact Webmaster.
